Act No. 41 of 2010 AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT AND ADMINISTRATION OF THE NATIONAL RETIREMENT BENEFITS SCHEME AND RELATED MATTERS

BE IT ENACTED by the King and Legislative Assembly of Tonga in the Legislature of the Kingdom as follows (1) This Act may be cited as the National Retirement Benefits Scheme (Amendment) Act 2014. (2) The National Retirement Benefits Scheme Act 2010, as amended, is referred to in this Act as the Principal Act

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 58 of the National Retirement Benefits Scheme Act 2010, the Minister for Finance, with the consent of Cabinet, makes the following Regulations

The Minister shall appoint to the Board, seven (7) directors with appropriate skills and expertise in relevant fields inclusive of finance and management of financial assets, in accordance with these Regulations.
